One day, when hitch-hiking into town for supplies, I was picked up by Ronald Franz, an eighty year old man. Strangely enough we instantly bonded, it caused a slight delay on my trip. Franz, having no relatives of his own, treated me like a grandson. He taught me some craftsmanship techniques, and I was able to fashion an elaborate belt. I then left Franz and
