The Dollar store I went to was the one located in Arlington Plaza on Greenville Blvd. The experience was very interesting because I usually go to the dollar store for birthday and holiday supplies only. I first went to the back to see what they had in the freezer. The selection was a lot more than I expected, but it lacked in fresh fruits and vegetables. Although there were a lot of canned vegetables, they had a lot of sodium in them. That is why I opted for the frozen. I chose turkey burgers with cheese, wheat sub bun, pasta salad, and frozen steamed mixed vegetables for my meal. If my patient only had access to the Dollar store, I would recommend them looking at the Nutrition Facts before buying anything. The sodium and fat content was more
