If I was a world leader, and I could stop genocide in Bosnia I would do many things to demolish all the negatives to make Bosnia a better place! Since none of the camps or towns in Bosnia are patrolled, the first thing I would do would be to send my armies best leaders to take control. When my soldiers take charge of the bosnians they will be under our command and follow our customs. They will understand what no good killing and war would do. We would show them the way of controlling their country. Once my soldiers take over the town we will take out the Bosnian army and make new laws.
