Personal Narrative: My Current Diet Of Consumption Of Carbohydrates

My current diet of consumption of carbohydrates is over its 191g and should be around 125g. In my diet I’m getting to much carbohydrates and I will need to limit this. My current diet of consumption for fiber is currently under the target goal of 25g, it is 16g. So with this information I need to increase my intake of fibers and decrease my intake of carbohydrates. My consumption of carbohydrates came from white rice, multigrain bagel, grapes, and light ice cream. My fiber consumption came from eating multigrain bagel, broccoli, corn, and banana. For my carbs intake I would change the white rice to brown rice or beans which is much healthier and eat more fruit with good source of fiber which I believe broccoli and corn has a rich source of
