Ever since I was a child I wanted to help people and didn’t realize how, until I stepped foot in my 7th grade science class. The day still replays in my mind like it was yesterday. I was walking into a new school, with new people, and I felt like the last leaf stuck on the tree, waiting to fall in place where I belonged, but oddly enough, this one basic anatomy and physiology class made me feel welcomed. I have a very limited amount of financial resources for my college savings. My mother is a single parent, and therefore there is only one income that is to assist in providing for my college education. My mother does intend to assist with as much as she can, however working two minimum wage jobs will not nearly cover enough of my college expenses.
