The most impacting person I knew was my great grandma. I didn't see her very often but she left her mark on me. It was really hard when she left us. I remember when I heard she wasn't doing well and that my dad was going to see her and wanted us to come, I and my brother talked with our mom. We talked about whether or not we should go.

We ended up going down to the back of the hall and sat around. I remember there was a puzzle on a little card table. And an organ in the corner. My brother went straight to the musical instrument and started playing it. I went to the puzzle because I can’t play the piano. I didn't know what to do or what to say so I just sat there and did the puzzle, it was a jungle scene.
While we were out in the hall the nurses went and cleaned my great grandma up and made her look a little more alive. Then my grandma and uncle called the funeral home. The man showed up about five minutes later. I don't remember the conversation but it had a lot to do with what to do with the body whether to cremate it or to put it in a casket. I'm almost positive they chose casket but not a hundred percent. They also talked about the funeral date. My grandma wanted to have it as soon as possible. They decided to have it three days from then.
I wasn't going to be able to go because I had school. I was sad because I wouldn't be able to go and be there as she was memorialized. But I couldn't miss school. I had a bunch of important tests or
