Inside of her purse was a prescription pill bottle with her name on it. The prescription was for morphine. I showed her the prescription bottle and asked her what was in it. Autumn claimed the pills in the bottle were the morphine prescribed to her. I looked at the pills and believed they were alprazolam. The pills were green rectangles with the markings “S903.” There were a total of fifteen pills in the bottle. The pills were identified using DRUGS.COM as Alprazolam 2 MG, a schedule IV controlled substance.
In the purse there were also two containers located. The containers contained an unknown powder substance. The containers were placed into evidence at the Port Richey Police Department. In the same pocket there was a cut straw located, which contained trace amounts of a white powdery substance. The substance inside of the straw was field tested for oxycodone, with a positive result.
