“Ally have you noticed we don’t hang out as often as before?” asks Austin. “Yeah, I feel like I haven’t seen you in forever,” Alaina replied, “I’m sorry, but I’ve really got to get to class.” Austin nodded at her, and they went their separate ways. They continue to pass each other in the hallways, but say less and less every time they saw each other in the eye. They’re starting to drift apart, and they both can feel it.
