Personal Narrative Essay: The Best Night Of My Life

Improved Essays
Imagine an enormous crowd of people jumping up and down, waving their hands as if they were psychotic, and adrenaline from the music and the sight of a legend. Not only could it be the best night of my life, but the best time I’ve ever had but I spent it with my dad to make memories that are like diamonds that shine an array as the sun beams down on it. People drunk left and right, probably going to regret how much they drank in the morning as they woke up. I can still remember his long, greasy hair, flailing as he jumped up and down on the stage, the drummer creating thunder as the bass drum struck with a smooth rhythm. His songs still play in my head, creating a sense as if I was actually there again; I couldn’t lie, I was amazed as I if …show more content…
But when it was time, my dad and I sat in the soft, cushioned, grass from a far distance smiling at each other, building our relationship closer, it had been a while since I had one on one bonding time with him. Then it was there that I knew moments like these only come once in life, and to always hold onto them with a steel lock. It was around seven pm and the night sky was a dark blue as stars shined with their smiles, people started to get ready cause it was almost time for kid rock to get there. As his white limo with LED lights drove down the highway, my dad and I was so …show more content…
We started walking back to our area because one of the security caught us and said we couldn’t be up there. As I was walking back I saw people left and right drunk, waddling like penguins, meanwhile, their friends behind them had to grab ahold of them to either lead them; either that or they were drunk too and needed something to lean on so they wouldn’t faceplant. As other people were smoking anything from cigarettes to weed to get their adrenaline pumping as many people were sleeping on the ground because they had passed out! My adrenaline was pumping as well, but not from anything illegal, but from the

Have you ever stopped caring so much that whatever happens, happens? I remember the time I had gotten in trouble by my mom because I had walked home from school. It was a gloomy day from it being so cloudy and cold. I was talked into walking home during school by friends whom, at the time didn't care about school as much as I did, cared nothing of school. I didn’t like it, but then again I started not to care either.…

Drunken Escapades Intoxicated adults are extremely difficult to babysit and keep out of trouble; especially, when they cause troubling situations that affect everyone. I learned this while helping my boyfriend, Drew, watch his father while his mother, Rebecca, was at work for the night. At the beginning of the night, around five in the afternoon, my boyfriend, Drew, and I decided to take his father, Scot, to Jefferson’s for dinner. This seemed like a harmless idea.…

I don’t believe that I was ever as excited or nervous as I was that night. My room seemed heated; I don’t know if it was from all the lights and curling irons I had on or if it was the anticipation of the night before me. A sea of clothes that I had decided just wouldn't do concealed the floor and shoes were strewn everywhere. After finally deciding to wear my blue sweater, the one Mom told me brought out my eyes, I drowned myself in Justin Biebers' Boyfriend perfume, and I was ready for my first date.…

Alternative: No one talk about what happened at the party. Stakeholder: Ourselves. If we go forward with no one saying anything about what happened at the party, the only values and principles we would be upholding is our loyalty to Simon. Something in me has always known that I was not typical. In this generation, the typical person would graduate high school and then go on to pursue a two to four year college degree. Up until a few months ago, that was what I thought I was going to do. I thought that I was going to go to a private college somewhere, major in law, come out to be a defense attorney, and spend my days and nights hauled up in a courtroom somewhere. I believed that that was going to be my reality not because I wanted it to be but because I thought it had to be.…
