When I was in college, I would normally work in the morning and go to school later in the day. One day after a stressful morning, I got to school early and decided to wait in my car at the parking lot till class starts. After 30 minutes of waiting, I noticed one campus officer driving around the parking lot where my car was, which made me nervous. After a while, he parked his car behind my car and walked to my car and asked if I was ok. He noticed I have been in my car for quite a while and just wanted to check on me. That could have been Jim’s case. He probably walked towards the car with a clear mind and asked a question which he thought was ok, but someone found it to be offensive. Racial
