It was so challenging I would use all my powers every day to get up and go to school. I couldn’t understand a word and it was so hard. I sat by myself for two months. Months passed by and one time someone came up to me asked me why I sit by myself, I told him, "Me no English". He didn’t laugh like everyone else did;instead, he start teaching me and defended me. I changed schools for a while, I went to Fox and they had an ESL teacher, she taught me so much. I started to talk, and I made few friends. I went back to Seckman in my sophomore year. Then I saw my good and only friend at Seckman, I went to him and started showing off with how far I have had come. He was surprised, and he had the biggest smile on his face. I liked school here when I actually started to understand what everyone was talking
