Trainer Rene is a high school athletic trainer and thinks two of the most difficult parts to him is time management and organization. Being able to balance all the sports, organize individual rehab programs, being a full time teacher, and trying to spend time with his family is definiltely a hefty task and causes a lot of stress. He feels as though being a high school athletic trainer the stress and demand of the job is not as intense in comparrasion to college and professional settings. There is times in different seasons where your hours become a little longer but having summers off and spending time with his family then makes it all worth it. Being organized plays a role in time management as well having organized treatment logs, rehab programs, and just trying to come up with other stratergies to allow the program to have a systematic approach. So that every athlete goes through the same process and it becomes like clock work and uneccessary steps are not
