Film is one of many influences that made me the man I am today. In my pursuit to becoming a filmmaker, I have been blessed with friends that shared similar interest in filmmaking, opportunities to work on independent film productions as well as other short film documentaries, and motivations to be a smarter and better person. More recently, I have taken film production classes at Bayview Hunters Point Center for Arts & Technology, or BAYCAT, and had the opportunity to edit a short advertisement for the online dating company known as Zoosk. When I was a kid, growing up in Cleveland, Ohio, I was surrounded by a lot of negative influences. Prostitution, drug dealers, gangsters, and much more.
