I manage the infrared sensor, optical and software subsystems worth $600M in support of SBIRS satellite production program, which is worth $6B. These advanced technological systems allow us to detect missiles from space. I balance cost, schedule, performance, and risk with warfighter's utility to meet the Combatant Command (COCOM) early missile-warning requirements. I get to oversee technical reviews, approve product changes and measure performance to maintain cost/schedule. Our AF Space operations are becoming more technologically advanced and I am honored to be apart of it. I will graduate with my Masters in Theological Studies with an emphasis in organizational leadership on May 4, 2018. I enjoy philosophical discussions and it is important for businesses to have solid ethical practices. This degree has taught me a lot about myself and awarded me the opportunity to teach in a variety of settings. I taught lessons in Brazil of hope and strength in the midst of adversity. Brazil transported over 4 million slaves during the transatlantic slave trade and was the last country to abolition slavery in 1888. It was an honor to speak to the students at São Paulo University about how to look forward in the aftermath of such an evil event. I have taught countless lessons in
