This assignment has really opened up my eyes and made me think more than just about myself, I believe it has made a better person. To say the least his assignment has shown me some pretty incredible things about myself that I did not know. From realizing that I have to be grateful for even the little things like my health and the weather to realizing how incredibly grateful I am for the big things like my friends and family. For that I am grateful so thank you for assigning this assignment it has truly changed my life and taught me how to be a better person. I plan continuing my personal change journal for the rest of the semester. I hope it will teach me more than I have learned in the past 20 days so the next time you think that you’re a grateful person, thank again. Try and do this assignment. It will prove to you just how ungrateful you
