Each of these stages according to Erikson are present at birth, and with each step building to the next stage of development. I suffered a vast amount of disapointment in my younger years that made me become a more mature young adult. The part of this stage in my life I like most is I am able to forge bonds with friends who I have had through my life and know that they are real and help build trust. I can be in both worlds with the friends who struggle with not finding someone to share their life with and friends who have found love. I am able to said objective and know that I am one who was able to find the one early in my life. I find myself to be a combination of stage five, identity vs role confusion and stage 7 generativity vs stagnation. These two combinations can best explain all aspects of my life. I am able to explore teen angst and the feelings. My nieces are in stage five and I have been told I very relatable and have a sense of humor that can be described as childish teenage humor. I am also described as a mature mom who is objective and gets the job
