I think that I hold a lot of things inside and do not let them out due to many reasons, however I do get energy from contemplation, ideas and reflection. It does not take too much these days to feel like I have no energy. On the other side I do not think that I am aloof or complicated. I am diffident but also thoughtful (at least I think so). I do not mind working in groups or teams and would have no trouble with public speaking or persuasion. I am definitely self-motivated.

I feel that this is a great assessment tool as it rates what is most important to that individual. Since a career is an important part of most people 's lives then we need to take into consideration the work environment that that individual should work in. I liked that you had to rate how important different motivators or work needs were to you. This is to help with predicting job satisfaction but does not guarantee anything. This just makes it more concrete of what the individual expects out of a work environment because not all work environments are the same. I think that this instrument on this assessment was very useful. If recognition is important to that individual then they would not to work somewhere where the company does not recognize that individuals hard work or talent. There are certain careers that would fit that category better than others. There was no race, ethnicity, sex, age, or socioeconomic information taken into consideration. Some jobs prefer male and others prefer(or are more likely to hire) females. For instance, how many males are receptionists? Probably not very many because that position in a company is thought more to be for
