If my teammate suffered from low self-efficacy towards a work task I felt she was able to accomplish there are several techniques I could use to reassure her that she is capable of completing the task. The first technique I would use is boosting her confidence by giving her small tasks that I know she can achieve. Second, I would allow her to shadow me while I perform the task she is unsure of this will help her to become more confident as she watches me complete the steps successfully. Third, I would verbally persuade and encourage her continually letting her know she can do it; everyone enjoys getting praised every now and again.
