Student Answer: In Italy, the individualism of the people of Italy is that they have to worry about and look after themselves and their actual family. But it is different with the collectivism of the people of Italy because they are belonging to the `in groups` in which that is who they are set to take care of in order to get loyalty back in exchange.

Italy is more of a HIERARCHY country than an EGALITARIANISM country. Italy is highly regarded as success oriented and driven. The children are actually taught from a very young age that being in competition with someone or many people is not a bad thing and winning is important to a person's life. Student Answer: The three different components of the AIM planning process, audience analysis, idea development, and message structuring, is very important and very needed in their own right to the AIM planning process. Idea development is the part of the AIM planning process that is in place to identify and to analyze the problems and other issues that a business may have. Idea development is also in place to be able to help clarify the objectives that are at hand with the business. Message structure is the part of the AIM planning process because it is the part that actually frames the entire main point of the business or business message. As well as framing the main point, the message structure also actually sets up the structure or the logic of the message

A. The facts and conclusions of the business message I chose is very well written. The facts and conclusions pretty much only have to do with sales and such talk, and those are straight forward and understandable.
B. The message was sent to myself and 9 others, so we are considered the audience I assume. The message was able to show each of us what is expected of us in sales and needed to hit each of our quotas for the following period. It also let each of us know what else was going on besides just sales talk. The only suggestions I would have is to include things as far as more numbers and such, but that is cause I am a very competitive person and I know my sales are top notch.
C. For the most part, the message is pretty positive. In this particular message, our supervisors were trying to motivate us to hit our sales quotas, so negative tones would have not went over very well. For example, the message contained words such as; you can do it, make each and every sale count, and so
