classes are good for you is that P.E. classes can make you physically healthier. For example, Alison Datko, who posted a blog on a website on how to make you healthier and live a longer and happier life, has proved that “Getting the recommended amount of exercise combats obesity, which subsequently reduces the risk of diabetes, heart disease, asthma, sleep disorders and other illnesses” (Datko). This is important to notice because more than 1.4 billion people on earth have obesity, and 2.8 million of them die each year as a result (European Association for the Study of Obesity). By playing more sports and going outside more, you can avoid getting obese or stop being obese, which means that there is a lower chance of you getting deadly diseases linked to obesity. Also, a very great YouTube channel named AsapScience, which you can tell by the name teaches people about science, said, “And it's this sunlight that begins an amazing chain reaction, which helps to sustain your life [...] Vitamin D that is. classes can be very beneficial for you. It allows you to learn better during school with more concentrated learning time, teaches you life skills such as cooperation and responsibility, and also it makes you physically fit and more immune to diseases that are possibly deadly. Some people may argue that P.E. classes can be a cause of major injuries. This information is actually true, however, these can all be ultimately prevented by wearing proper gear. Many people don’t wear any formal gear during their sports practice, and they get injured. Most injuries can be prevented by providing and encouraging the students to wear proper gear. Other injuries caused by excessive playing are usually caused by their coach or parents pushing them too hard. This is true, but an excessive use of anything is bad. For example, broccoli contains some very nutritious and delicious stuff, such as vitamins and antioxidants. However, it is also, poisonous, but the doses are usually too small for anyone to experience any discomfort. But excessive consumption of broccoli can cause food intoxication. P.E. is just like that! Excessive training or playing can cause discomfort, but normally people won’t suffer any discomfort. People should see that P.E. classes have various benefits for the students that take them and therefore they shouldn’t be protesting for the teachers to cancel the P.E. classes. Play some sports yourself and sooner or later you would experience the various

When enough energy is built up, it leads to an “outburst”, which is normally always followed by consequence. If you were to redirect that energy to something like a sport, the student would be able to release their energy, preventing an outburst and giving the student something fun to do at the same time. In those electives comes study breaks, performing arts, and physical education. Instead of taking fun classes, I believe our school system should consider making it a requirement to take classes on important stuff like how to take the ACT. The ACT test is a must when applying to college. “According to the latest results of the organization’s standardized college entrance test, only 1 in 4 students qualify as prepared for college in all four subject areas: English, reading, math and science” (webley). So, instead of a PE class we can study, learn, and practice for the ACT.…
