The second week of clinical, I felt more comfortable being on the floor, and now I look forward to attending Clinical. It was very busy on the units today, my clinical instructor assigned me to a nurse, and she also assigned a patient for my care plan. The instructor emphasized on how to observed for sign and symptoms that correlate with my patient diagnosis and the nursing interventions needed for each diagnosis.
