Patient Case Study: Left Scapholunate Liger And Pick-Up Board

DOI: 09/09/2015. Patient is a 41-year-old female receiving clerk who felt a pop in her left wrist while picking up boards. Patient is diagnosed with left scapholunate ligament tear and left wrist pain. She is status post left wrist diagnostic arthroscopy with partial synovectomy and left scapholunate ligament repair on 10/20/2015 and removal of hardware on 03/24/16.
Per the PT daily note dated 05/25/16, the patient has attended 14 visits for the left wrists since 03/28/16.

Based on the medical report dated 06/04/16 by Dr. Marks, the patient complains of continued left wrist pain. She last had a screw removal 2 and ½ months ago. Her pain in the wrist is worse than before. She is unable to grip or pick things up.
