. Aside from its connection to the trumpet, the word “trump” is associated with deception. It means, “to deceive, to devise or scheme”. This is a central quality of the Antichrist and one which is repeated over and over in scripture. The phrase “trumped-up” is defined as “something deliberately done or created to make someone appear to be guilty of a crime”. The ninth commandment of the Bible says, “Thou shall not bear false witness”. (Ex. 20:16). Exodus 23:1 says, “You shall not bear a false report; do not join your hand with a wicked man to be a malicious witness.” Oh how many Christians today are joining hands with such a man. The verb form of the word, “trump” means: “to beat, to do better than, to be more important than” (essentially to triumph; The phrase, “triumphant Trump” is already being played on the media). One just needs to stare at the word triumph to see the name—Trump. Later we will learn that the Antichrist is one who comes as not only one who triumphs but as a fake (trumped-up) savior. The word — triumphs — is trump plus the letters, “I-H-S”, which stand for Iesus Hominum Salvator (Jesus, Savior of men).

A friend of mine was into them and I encouraged her (strongly) to throw them away. She did. I only studied this for my research of the Trump

Trump has issued new executive orders that have shocked not only Americans, but also people from all over the world. Basically what these orders are to do is that they are intended to ban Muslims from seven countries from entering the United States. Even those who have been living in America for quite a while are to be deported to their countries. What is more devastating is that students who had their student visas from their home countries to come study in the USA are no more welcomed here and have to face these new abnormal orders. I think the new executive order is definitely intended to discriminate against Muslims because there were no terrorist attacks performed from people who are from these 7 countries in the U.S.…

Liberals are already in shock. There is a level of incredulity that far surpasses their puzzlement at the election and re-election of GW and Cheney. Moderate liberals, who believe that socioeconomic change happens gradually and with compromise, are already wondering what has happened to the entire federal government. Also, Democrats (not all of whom are "Liberals") tend to believe that all people should be treated with respect. In fact, they pretty much assume that's obvious.…

A part of Trump’s platform is a hard stance on foreign policy, indicative in his speech on August 15th of 2016, before election; Trump spoke to his supporters about his attitude towards terrorism and the site Politico provided a transcript. Campaigning against Clinton and a staunch opponent of Obama’s administration, Trump believes “the rise of ISIS is the direct result of policy decisions made by President Obama and Secretary Clinton” (politico). Ideally, he would have liked to control the oil to prevent the rise of ISIS, through seizing their funding and keeping U.S. forces on ground to protect the oil (politico). Instead, after the problem arised, Trump wants to join forces with other powers, including Russia, and…

The slogan that propelled Donald Trump into his influence across the nation, “make America great again,” shows that Trump sees America has fallen downhill and has hopes to improve it. Trump wants to see this country go back to the prosperous country it once was, but he does not know how to filter his words according to most, which makes him seem frightening. Despite Clinton’s accusation about the risk of Donald Trump, his clever use of scare tactics gives voters a sense of security because of his ideas concerning immigration and terrorism. According to Molly Ball, author of “Donald Trump and the Politics of Fear,” Donald Trump uses fear to his advantage in hopes of winning the presidential election.…

So he doesn't really have that much power. So my three issues for trump are wars, taxes, and the wall.…

Benjamin Hoffman, Victor Mather, and Jacey Fortin’s article “After Trump Blasts N.F.L, Players Kneel and Lock Arms in Solidarity” features many debatable topics about the players kneeling during the National Anthem. The main cause brought up by the authors for the players kneeling includes tweets posted by Donald Trump on Twitter. One of these tweets exclaims that sports fans should “never condone” players that do not stand during the anthem and that the “NFL should change its policy” (Hoffman). Based off player responses to the tweets and interviews, the authors’ attempt to fully understand the matter of the protests allows for the use of an ethical appeal, pathetic appeal, and logical appeal. After a rhetorical analysis, the authors’ varying…
