Marvin L Baza is a local retailer of Pasadena Eye Center, it is a privately-owned company in Pasadena, TX. Dr. Baza has been in practice since 1975 and lived has lived in Pasadena the majority of his life Pasadena Eye Center has been in business for over 20 years now. Dr. Baza bought out the company from another Doctor who was retiring. Current estimates show this company has an annual revenue of $500,000 to 1 million and employs a staff of approximately 5 to 9.

Lisseth Marquina is an Optical manager and has been with the company for 5 years. In her previous years, she has worked for many different Optometry offices but Pasadena Eye Center has grown on her. She loves the compassion this company has for their customers. Lisseth maintains and executes constant high expectation work atmosphere to provide outstanding, professional customer service. She also assures she maximizes sales and builds customer loyalty. Her main tasks are managing the selection, training, and development of the staff, she monitors quality control of the products and services, provides inventory control and management, plans, directs and coordinates eye care services, and she meets with the industry reps to ensure up to date products and market knowledge.
