Participation Makeups

Decent Essays
Participation makeups must be completed within two weeks of the absence and are worth 3 of the 4 points. Your workout must consist of at least 45 minutes of a cardio and/or strength training activity such as; running, weight training, fitness classes, yoga, biking, swimming, hiking, dancing, workout videos etc. Activities that do not count for participation points include; marching band, sightseeing, shopping,and/or walking around a college
