Some bad rules that they had were, one who kidnaps a person- whether having sold or still holding the victim- shall be put to death, if the victim survives a day or two, it is not to be avenged, since the one is the other’s property, and when (two or more) parties fight, and one of them pushes a pregnant women and a results, but no other damage ensues, the woman's husband may exact, the payment to be based on
