Paper On Diversity Analysis

Diversity first comes to my mind as a beautiful colorful picture that is created by the greatest artist ever in the world: our God. That artist cannot complete such that wonderful picture even if only one color is missing. No matter what feelings that color might bring to the viewers, the blue of hope, the grey of desperation, the red of love, or the violet of sadness, it is undeniable that any of those colors’ existence is an integral component of this picture. The beauty of that multicolored painting is defined not only by its appearance, but also by the message that is hidden under each of the artist’s stroke as the diversity is specified not only by the physical characteristics of a person, but also by his spirit. Diversity also remind me of the image of an old tree with many branches. That is, God is the tree’s root, and we, human, is his branches. Couple years ago, in my Biology class, I was taught that some of animals would eat their fellows to maintain their survival then be killed by their predators since they had no one to to collaborate with to against the predators. I laughed at these animals’ selfishness and stupidness. However, I couldn’t laugh at these animals anymore since I discovered some facts that mentioned about human brutality in history books that I had to read for my US History assignment. I realized, at some point, human cruelty made it difficult for me to distinguish we, human, with these animals. I soon realized that all these tragedies that happened in the historical timeline first began from human’s egocentric and selfishness. Some of classes in society thought that their skin color as well as their origin had give them the right to deserve better things
