1. In my opinion PSC did not do a good job selecting, installing, and implementing the new system. The following things PSC could have done differently for a better outcome:
Mike and Steve could have uses Terri’s help when selecting a new software program and also have her managed it.
Mike and Steve should have ran a trial on their computer instead of depending too much on the demonstration.
PSC should have made sure that they are completely satisfied before the payment of the software by checking if all the features of the software were there.
PSC should have implemented training programs and spent adequate time training their employees instead of taking the word of the salesman.

The new system must also be easy to use for the employees and company.
The new system should provide information and reports in a timely manner by the end of each period.
