1. In my opinion PSC did not do a good job selecting, installing, and implementing the new system. The following things PSC could have done differently for a better outcome:
 Mike and Steve could have uses Terri’s help when selecting a new software program and also have her managed it.
 Mike and Steve should have ran a trial on their computer instead of depending too much on the demonstration.
 PSC should have made sure that they are completely satisfied before the payment of the software by checking if all the features of the software were there.
 PSC should have implemented training programs and spent adequate time training their employees instead of taking the word of the salesman.
 PSC should have allowed the employees to make a decision

1. The criteria to consider in specifying the structure and features of CGC’s new system:
 The factors that regulate the supply and demand for gas should be taken into consideration.
 CGC’s new system must be correct because the demand and information are interrelated and is controlled by the system. This way it will help the company not have a loss or surplus in the sale by the end of each term.
 The new system must also be easy to use for the employees and company.
 The new system should provide information and reports in a timely manner by the end of each period.
 CGC’s new system should have higher profits than the costs.

2. Data of the weather: is important because it determines the amount of gas is need when it comes to the requirements of heating. It can be used throughout the year. By allowing it’s usage the report can show and forecast infrequent changes and activities of the weather at the beginning of the year. And at the middle and end of the year the data can be used monthly.
The Number of customers: it is important to count the customer because this will forecast and show how much gas will be needed and also can show it categorically of the type of the
