My ability to adapt to unique situations and my determination to excel indicate that I am ready to be a wardroom leader. My records attest to the hard work and dedication of the subordinates I have led, SMEs I have trained, and my senior leadership who entrusted me to complete every job assigned. Stepping out of my comfort zone I volunteered for two IA billets to Djibouti serving as a security representative for an entire region where I served as the Assistant Special Security Officer for Joint Task Force Horn of Africa. During that tour I implemented security management training for some of the highest ranking foreign military officials throughout the Region. While assigned to the pre-commissioning of USS WILLIAM P. LAWRENCE (DDG 110), I served as Assistant LPO, where my job entailed supervising the set-up and follow-through of all correspondence, instructions, and ceremonies ensuring timeliness for a very strict ship completion schedule. Serving as Shared Services LPO, Executive Department LPO, and mentoring 18 Sailors on board Naval Consolidated Brig Miramar, has allowed me to express my superior management, organizational abilities, technical expertise, sound judgment, and enthusiastic approach for taking care of Sailors and the mission distinguish me from ALL other
