1) Has your organization outsourced any processes or parts of your organization? Explain. Have any processes or procedures been offshored? How has this impacted your view of diversity? How has this impacted diversity in your organization? If your company has not outsourced or offshored any processes or procedures, answer these questions in a broader context regarding the impact on your individual perceptions and organizational perceptions? I don’t think my organization has outsourced any process or parts of the organization. Outsourcing can be good and bad. The good thing about outsourcing is that business make a profit, it helps the economy and they make products and services cheaper. The bad thing about outsourcing it takes away jobs.
