Though Hamlet’s sanity is questioned in the later stages of the play, notably during his conversation in act three during Hamlet’s conversation with his mother, he claims to see a ghost when his mother could not. This questions whether the ghost has the power to hide itself from certain people or Hamlet was slowly descending into madness. But this poem claimed that the ghost was just a part of his imagination, which is impossible due to other people witnessing the ghost.
