Outline On Stress In College

Stress, stress and more stress is something most college students face from at one point in college. Most students from freshman to senior are faced with stress when it comes to college. It could be from their classes, too much work, or worrying about an exam no matter what it is it happens to everyone and stress can have a toll on a person’s behavior, wellness, and their ability to perform in school.

I. Stress could have a negative effect on your behavior.
A. Being stress you find yourself not having any energy to do anything.
B. Being under the effect of stress can make everything like getting out of bed not easy.
C. Whenever someone is stress the can experience a temper, and often is easily annoyed.
II. The wellness of a person can be effective
