During the clinical setting, there was a patient who was diabetic as well having hypertension. This middle-aged adult had osteomyelitis related to big toe cellulitis. This male client exclaimed that he did not know how a little cut on his skin lead him in the hospital with osteomyelitis on his right big toe.
