Thoroughly defeating the French and Spanish Morocco Forces will definitely result in culmination occurring for the Axis and prevent the Allied for culminating. This scenario assumes the French and Morocco forces chose to engage the Allied in battle when the Western Task Force as part of Operation TORCH arrives in their respective country/area. The defeat of the French/Spanish results in these forces being no longer capable of attacking (offensive operations) or defending (defensive operations) themselves.
