Raised by an obstetrician and nurse for parents, this Emmy and Golden Globe Award winning actress has always been health-oriented. She believes in the importance in listening to your body and supporting it with exercise and eating organic food, which she grows at home. Seymour is also keen on supplements and philanthropy. She established the Open Hearts Foundation – a foundation created to help transform adversity into opportunities in areas of health and education. Most importantly, Seymour continues to raise much-needed funds and gives through donations of her artwork to numerous local and national charities which help children in need, raising awareness for women’s heart health and various other important issues dear to her
