In summary, on 09/16/15 at 0418 hours Ofc. R. Perez #276 and I was patrolling the area of 4900 W. 15th St., at which time I observed a male subject with a youthful appearance riding a bicycle westbound on 15th Street. I made contact with the subject, at which time he identified himself as (Enriquez, German DOB 01/21/98). While speaking with Enriquez, he attempted to place his hand inside his left short pocket. I advised Enriquez to not place his hand inside his pocket. Enriquez was placed into custody for violation of curfew at 0425 hours. During a custodial search of Enriquez's person, one (1) package of Swisher Sweets Cigars containing one (1) cigar was recovered from his left short pocket.
