That horrible & bad noise of Alarm at 5 am in the morning (which I selected myself to push me out of bed) ringed for the second time. And this time, I get up from my bed totally unwilling and feeling tired. Just slide my fingers towards right on my new samsung smart phone & put my alarm to death.
I than stood there for a moment, then again slipped back to my Bed. Telling my mind – Oh! I will not sleep again. Just 5 more minute of rest with open eyes. Guess what … I heard our new born daughter crying. I opened my eyes lying in bed itself, turned my head to see my wife …show more content…
It can’t STAY longer. It seems more natural. Someday, we are filled with energy and other day felt too much tired to even go to our office or do simple task of brushing & bathing even.
As I dwell deeper. What is the No. 1 thing we need to achieve our targets – may be short term or long one. Is it self confidence, desire, willingness, self esteem, purpose or any other thing? After a while, I came to conclusion WHAT IF, I’M ABLE TO STAY MOTIVATED to finish my activity and don’t get lost in between. If people can master this technique (it’s pretty simple blue print to follow, which I discovered later), then they will be able to accomplish their goals faster by staying motivated and taking action towards their goals.
People try different things to motivate themselves like reading books, listening or watching motivation content or may get inspired by their successful friends or even boss speech sometime. And what happens to their motivation after a while. Much time, this MOTIVATION gets disappeared within a day or two. And they again go back to their OLD HABIT . May be that’s why my father used to say old saying “OLD HABIT DIE
