The Omni Resort website provides information on their website which include a visual map on how to get there, as well as what the resort itself provides. The website for Omni, provides the vision, mission statement, programs, and special offers that the corporation provides. Using devices which including ethos, pathos and logos to help the guest whom is looking over their website have a more at home feel and more welcomed.
Logos
Logos is a logical appeal to attract an audience. The website explains how it is somewhere you can go if you’re a couple trying to get away, family who is wanting a vacation, or if you are just trying to have a girl’s weekend. The website tries to make it clear that it is open and welcoming all. The website uses words which make the site more visually appealing with using words which include “attractions”, “escape” as well as “accommodations”. All words that are more elaborative and more appealing, but yet words that are not so elaborative that one can still understand.
