This shift was Officer Premenko’s first day of phase ## of the learning phase.

Officer Premenko was dispatched to the 320 Phillip Drive on the report of domestic violence. Officer Premenko did a good job on interviewing a very uncooperative female. Officer Premenko assisted the primary Officer by completing the booking paperwork for the case. He also tested and packed cocaine.
