_An officer as a moral exemplar must show different types of traits that in our definition are the essential characteristics. First of all, an officer must display a good understanding of the army values and live by them. One of the rezone is because an officer lead by example, that means they are setting the example for their soldier, peer, and higher echelon by the way they perform, the devotion they show to their duty, respect to others, integrity that will build trust and will make soldiers to be eager to fallow that officer in to battle. It is expected from an officer a high level of professionalism in everything they do, not just at work, but also in their personal life.
