Officer Candidate School (OCS) is The War Series’s main training academy for potential and future Officers. The school is generally opened to qualified NCOs. Candidates who complete the bare min 3-6 month length and even longer in some cases are formally commissioned into The War Series as Officers and assume the ability to command Marines.
