Occidental College is the oldest private liberal arts college in Los Angeles, and was founded in 1887 by members of

the Presbyterian Church . Although historically it was associated with the Presbyterian Church, it is presently non-

sectarian in affiliation. It has a beautiful 120 acre campus in the Eagle Rock neigborhood of Los Angeles,

California, which is about 8 miles from downtown Los Angeles.

Because of its location close to Downtown L.A., it offers college students unlimited opportunities for internships,

dining, nightlife, etc. Students also have access to world famous attractions like like Disneyland and Hollywood,

and many others, which are all less than an hour's drive away.

It has a undergraduate student population
