I recorded my niece, three days food intake from Friday through Sunday, using Super Tracker. She is nine years. On Friday for breakfast, she consumed two glaze donuts and a 6 oz. serving of orange juice. For lunch, she consumed, two cups of iceberg lettuce, an half cup of raw carrots and broccoli, an half cup of red onion and a tablespoon of ranch dressing. Her beverage was a 4 oz. can of orange soda and one 20 oz. bottle of water. She consumed one cup of fresh fruit salad. For dinner she consumed, one baked leg quarter with skin and one cup of mashed potatoes. Her beverage of was a 20 oz. bottle of water. For lunch, she consumed a spaghetti frozen dinner and a cup of fresh salad blend with a tablespoon of ranch.
