Upon arrival, I met with the subject who identified herself as Takelia Holmes by her Florida identification card. The subject stated that she was unhappy with her purchase and was requesting that they refund her money. I then made contact with the complainant, who identified herself as Stacy Barba. The complaint advised that she is a manager of Checkers and observid the subject to be yelling profanities and trying to enter the store by crawling through the drive-through window. The complainant stated that she did not understand while the subject was so upset as she was willing to replace the food.
