Once the claim payments issue decrease.I believe my observational behaviors will change, due to the volume of calls dealing with the stress or frustrated providers it can be challenging for me to find balance with other assignment, because of the urgency and commitment to be responsive to the providers regarding claims payment. Therefore, I utilize the reports and strategize to come up with a solution, but I often have tunnel vision and it's difficult for me to find balance; due to inaccurate claims processing which results in re-work.
