Carbohydrate is the main food source for the body, it provides energy/fuel for physical activity, organ function and brain function also a energy storage compound and components of the cell
Break Down
Carbohydrate is actually made of simple sugars and they are broken down using Fluid in the mouth then the process is completed in the intestines which pass the simple sugars to blood to be used.

Vitamins are a complex organic product that are need for day to day living, can be big or small. The Vitamins are identified and grouped in the following
Fat Soluble (Able to dissolve in water )
Vitamin A : (Essential for Structure of Skin,Mucus, and normal growth)
Vitamin D : Controls Calcium amount,phosphorus Absorbed, Bone minerlisation and structure of cell division
Vitamin E :Protection of cells and a anti oxodant
Vitamin K : Required for bone structure and blood clotting
Water Soluble (Able to dissolve in water )
Vitamin C : Required for structure and function of connective tissue and important for repairing as has anti oxidant properties
Vitamin B: Categorised into 12 different Vitamins See Below the Main B Vitimins
Vitamin B1 : thiamine > The release of Energy from Carbohydrates
Vitamin B9 Folic Acid >Important during Pregnancy

Your body is 60% made up of water Much of the water is blood plasma (20%) and it allows vital functions to work as noted below, body cells to grow and to multiply

Acts a shock assorber for brain and Spine
Converts food via the digestive system to be used as energy
Helps Deliver oxygen to the body.
With out water the body would quickly fail and you will die.
The formula of water is the following H 2 O Oxygen and Hydrogen Atoms
People weight can vary on a daily basis, and thats due to water intake and your body retains water and may be too high and is known as water weight and its your body saying I know I need water so I am going to retain for use. Causes of this will be bad diet and medication dehydration can cause this as well

Conclusion

In Conclusion to have a healthy balance diet you need the following
Carbohydrate
Fats
Vitamins
Protein
Minerals
Water
Fibre
With proper diet plans and diary's a person can have a pretty good diet but bad diets = unhealthy living and potential for major life events example heart attacks leading to death
