The primary target for the campaign will be business owners/employers. Through awareness efforts the employer will be educated on the benefits to the company as well as the employee if changes were established related to a flexible work schedule or paid time off from work without fear of losing the job in order to attend to the care of a loved one.
The secondary target for the campaign will the lawmakers who will be presented with information related to the lack of resources available to family members will be shared as well as the overall health care cost savings per individual who is supported by family members versus an in-patient/nursing home facility. Also, legislation has been introduced to Congress in past years and therefore lawmakers
