• The patient is verbalized to her assessment.
Object
• Limited range of motion
• Decrease muscle strength
Diagnosis
• Brain fog (can’t able to think the words and lack of focus).
• Diffuse pain (pain spread all over the body).
• Exhaustion (feeling tired all the time).
• Disturb sleep (insomnia)
• Sense of sensitive ( sound ,light, smell)
• Sensitive skin (allergies with food, cleaning wipe, soap etc)
• Difficulty regulation body temperature (feels cold or hot any time)
• Digestive tract problem ( feeling pain all the wall through digestive system)
• Migraines ( headache accompanied by nausea and sensitivity to light and sound)
• Poor coordination ( no activity, no participate)
