From the social context it helps every professional in health system to realize that there is bound for conflict to occur but individual should solve for solution in the best interest of us, patient and community as a whole.
Application in the current job
Knowledge of how conflict can develop, types of conflict and different ways of resolving conflicts make professional involved in health care delivery to resolve any type of conflict that happens every day before it goes out of hands.
Current research
The Nursing profession is the biggest group in health care system holding the central role as health care providers. People’s health depends on good and highly educated nurses. Nursing profession requires dynamic, visionary, educated and committed leaders who can protectthe nurses. Effective nursing leaders also ensure the quality nursing education for safe nursing practice.
