The ERP system must include a customer relationship management (CRM) module in order to help the company coordinate and manage client’s interactions, assist the company with integration and collaboration between different departments and lastly analyze, organize and collect client’s data for future forecast.

Human Resource (HRMS) module will also be included to support the company with payroll and legal reporting process. Nthrive is constantly hiring and one of the issues employees were dealing with is flawless onboarding, ERP will allow for easier onboarding process by automating the process. This process will also enhance sharing of information and collaboration thus making sharing of data easier and faster. Finally ERP will help HR team is able to acquire data in real time and convey that information to upper management .Our main goal is to save money by offering the employees what they need at their fingertips. The HR system the company had before did not fully integrate with the other systems. Sales & Marketing module is critical for Nthrive, as a company that deals with revenue cycle management it’s important to obtain the right customer feedback in order to grow the business. This ERP module is essential because it consist of accounts receivable module that helps with payment tracking invoices that have pending payments from customers. It’s also has accounts payable module that allows the finance department to monitor payments maintain payments and process payments. Lastly the main core of this module would be the general ledger accounting that will provide reports that include profit and loss statements, balance sheets and returns to help the company reach the best financial decisions.
